January is a great time to sit down with your calender and decide how many clients you would like to see each day, week and month.
This give you a method to keep track of your business growth from year to year. Additionally, you will want to keep notes on how many retail items you would like to offer to each client in order to help your clients:
1. Reach their desired skin care goal
2. Understand how YOUR Image Skin Care Professional line can assist them
3. Understand that 75% of the Change that they will see in their own skin will come from their HOME CARE Routine directly.
In 1964, all members of the Harvard Business School graduating class stated that they have, at graduation, clear goals that they want to accomplish in life. Among them, 5% took the time to write it down on paper. In 1984, a follow up study was done and it was discovered that 95% of those who wrote down their goals were able to achieve them within 20 years. Among the "lazy" majority, only 5% of them were able to reach their expected goals. An earlier study in Yale University also had similar results.
To make this fun for yourself, challenge yourself by setting goals for the number of clients and the number of retail dollars that you plan to produce weekly, monthly or quarterly. This makes your GOAL specific. Deciding on your client and retail numbers, daily, weekly or quarterly makes your GOAL measurable. Writing down your GOAL makes it a commitment to yourself and can spark added motivation.
So, whether your goal is to see more clients, generate added income through retail sales or to open another location?? Now is as good a time as any to begin!
